The friendly people. Tried to help with the reservation screw up. I tried several times to get the mess straighten out but got no where with Booking.Com. The manager for Hampton in went out if his way to help but could not contact Booking.com.

Front desk people were extremely personable, friendly, and helpful re answering questions about Craig. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant and thorough. Hot tub/whirlpool was a nice amenity. Breakfast was fine, could've had an additional fruit choice.

The staff was very professional yet friendly. Breakfast was very good — always had some sort sort of hot, freshly prepared eggs with a meat protein in addition to cereals, oatmeal, breads/toast, biscuits, muffins, etc. There was not fresh fruit other than green apples, but we usually bring our own.

THE ROOMS ARE NICE. KING SUITE IS A SMALL APARTMENT, PLENTY OF ROOM PLUS 2 CHAIRS TO SIT ON.

Staff was great. We had booked the wrong dates and the staff were extremely helpful to get it fixed. Room was clean and taken care of each day. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean.

Variety of breakfast choices was better than most. My room had a desk with chair and an comfortable sofa-like chair with a small table for eating or computer work. More counter space in bathroom and living area than usual. Large room and bathroom in rm 207.

The breakfast was excellent. Nice choices of hot and cold items. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Clean comfortable rooms nice bedding toiletries available with a great smell. Bed was exceptionally comfy Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious We would stay again.
